At the helm is Enrique Salazar—Founder, Certified General Contractor, and Lead Senior Project Manager. With over 30 years of deep technical expertise in structural renovation, fine carpentry, and custom millwork, Enrique serves as the primary Senior PM leading operations directly on the ground.

Unlike volume-driven builders who hand off plans to junior site supervisors, Enrique maintains active, daily oversight on every project. To guarantee this level of precision and ensure direct, transparent communication, we intentionally cap our active build load to a select handful of projects at any given time.

Based in South Florida, we intentionally concentrate our active builds within the South Dade corridor—including Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, and Homestead.
