Direct Leadership, Uncompromising Quality
At the helm is Enrique Salazar, Founder, Certified General Contractor (Lic. CGC1538640), and Lead Senior Project Manager. With over 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Enrique serves as the primary Senior PM leading operations directly on the ground. To guarantee this level of precision and ensure direct, transparent communication, we intentionally cap our active build load to a select handful of projects at any given time.
Rooted in South Florida
Based in South Florida, we concentrate our active builds within the South Dade corridor, including Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, and Homestead. This deep regional presence give us specialized expertise in navigating South Florida's strict building codes, coastal structural requirements, and local municipal permitting. Also ensures unmatched site responsiveness, seamless municipal permitting, and dedicated executive leadership on every build.
